Day 15 - Pattern

For day 15, I decided to photograph different patterns around my room. I looked at the decorations on my wall, like my tapestry and the Louis Vuitton design that I painted on my wall. I like that these objects are personal to me, and also that they represent me and my style. Furthermore, I took a series of photos of my blinds, as I liked the patterns and lines that they made. In editing, I simply turned up the exposure and contrast, so that the patterns were bold and clear. I also attempted to include a moving image; I shot different angles of my Louis Vuitton wall and played around with some effects and filters on IMovie and Tiktok. I really like the way the moving image glitches and changes colour; it reminded me of Glitch art. This was just an experiment, however I like the way it turned out. If I were to do things differently next time, I might find even more patterns, or perhaps further edit patterns onto my work.
